Job description:
A user engagement associate is responsible for assisting the user engagement team with email communications, user messaging, data import/export, and reporting related to user feedback, voice of customer, user surveys, client feature requests portal, and user community.
Key job responsibilities:
Create dashboards and reports in excel and aha
Convert user interview notes into user insights data import files
Format and prepare data files to be imported into aha, hubspot or churnzero
Respond to user comments in the feature requests portal
Draft email communications in hubspot
Draft user surveys in churnzero
Assist with preparing documentation for user engagement processes
Required skills & experience
Bachelor’s degree
Strong technical skills and highly proficient with microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to consistently follow processes
Experience with software products used for email marketing, customer success, voice of customer, and user feedback
Strong english verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate well with other team members on the us-based team
