Our goal going forward is to go beyond this group of early adopters and cross into the mainstream of legal professionals.
To help us on this journey of growth we are looking for our first user research coordinator.
About the role
The user research role is a part time roleIt starts off at $40/hr with 10 guaranteed hours each weekThe main responsibilities for the position are:
Coordinating with the design, product and marketing teams to understand user research needs.
Recruiting user research participants.
Coordinating payments to user research participants.
The characteristics we are looking for are:
Genuine interest in user success
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Bonus qualifications:
Legal background (egParalegal, law student, worked at a law office ..etc).
Familiarity with crm software
Familiarity with email automation software
