Company seeking an energetic individual to take on the role of The person should have the following competencies and qualifications.
• Candidates must be female & under 30 years of age.
• 1-2 year’s experience in selling/Merchandising/Cashiering FMCG related products to modern trade will be a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer Literacy including MS Office Package, internet, and E-mail, etc.
• Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil is an added advantage
• A clear communicator, highly organized, and flexible
• Comfortable working as part of a team and Skilled at negotiating and working with others
Job Role
• Generating sales with new customers and maintaining an excellent relationship with existing customers
• identifying and developing potential online business opportunities
• Organizing sales promotions and campaigns
• To introduce new/ existing products for new/ existing markets
Benefits
The remuneration package will be based on sales target commissions.
Salary includes - Basic + Travelling incentive + sales commissions+ EPF + ETF + Life Insurance
