What you’ll do
Coordinate the day-to-day administration and operation of hubspot marketing automation platform including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management
Manage contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance
Implement a/b testing strategies and future experiments roadmap
Collaborate with sales team to leverage the marketing database and lead pipeline for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, engagement, and effectiveness within target accounts
Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and data solutions
Qualifications
2+ years of marketing operations experience with at least 1 year of hubspot experience.
Understanding of standard lead generation methodologies including lead capture, lead scoring models, lead nurturing programs, and how data flows through multiple marketing applications and platforms.
Experience with account-based marketing (abm) models and tools.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Advanced excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bias towards action and growth hacker mentality.
Experience with b2b tech startups is a big plus.
