Orals coach responsibilities:
Works with the proposal manager to establish schedules for orals development, reviews, and submission
Understands customer requirements, instructions and evaluation criteria and develops the presentation outline/template
Manages the timing of orals presentations to meets government requirements
Assist speakers/smes with the development of storyboard slide content
Work with proposal manager, capture and business development to articulate company messaging strategy throughout slides and oral presentation
Advises on graphics used to illustrate the presentation
Oversees iterative development and conducts ad hoc reviews to help mature slides
Works with presenters to organize narrative and determine key points that need to be discussed on each slide
Leads regular rehearsals for the presentation team, communicates areas for improvement and refines presenter delivery and presentation slides
Conducts mock q&a sessions to rehearse the presentation team and evaluate team readiness
Provides performance-specific team and individual coaching, as needed basic qualifications
Orals coach requirements:
5 years minimum experience of orals coaching experience
Proven track record of federal, state/local, or commercial proposal experience
