Job description:
The compensation analyst completes complex analysis and interpretation related to centerstone’s compensation programsCompletes job evaluation, market analysis and internal equity studies to ensure an effective compensation programDevelops and maintains job description databaseParticipates in salary surveysMakes pay recommendations and assists in annual budgeting process.
Skills/qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field plus 3 years’ relevant experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Ability to use electronic equipment and systems required by position
Three to five years compensation administration experience to have included advanced excel use and data analysisExperience with workday and payfactors also preferred.
Certified compensation professional (ccp) preferred.
