Executive recruiter - human resources - lynchburg, va
**this can be a remote position**
Job description:
The executive recruiter will source candidates for highly technical and management level positionsThe executive recruiter will be able to attract quality talent to key roles at centraThe duties including collaborating with centra’s leadership team and implementing strategic recruitment plans for attracting talent to the organization.
Qualifications/education/licensure:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, human resources or related field requiredA minimum of 3 years of executive level recruiting experience required.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ats), recruiting software and candidate databases requiredKnowledge of candidate selection methods requiredPrevious experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods requiredRecruiting experience in technical and healthcare environments preferred.
