* Must be having pleasing personalty and able to work individually and in teamsDemonstrate good leadership skills and taking initiative and willing to expand responsibilities
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ :
* Serve the customer requirement via in-bound and out bound calls
* Timely completion of out-bound target
* Follow up on assigned customer requests
* Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports
* Work according to the shift and roster
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ :
* Age should be between 20-30Capable of speaking fluently in all
three languages Sinhala / Tamil / English (Trilingual)
* Minimum 3 passes at the G C E (A/L)
* CIM SLIM ACII or a degree from a recognized university will be an
added advantage
* Target oriented being customer service oriented and possessing
the ability to identify changing customer needs
* Ability to work with minimum supervision High level of flexibility to
work on tight schedules are essential
Experience :
* Minimum two years experience at a reputed organization would be a definite advantage
