As our first compensation and benefits manager, you will execute, oversee, and monitor all hr-related guidance in regard to benefits & compensation.

Your impact
Create a comprehensive compensation guideline that matches our strategy, business goals and multi-national talent needs
Ensure total rewards at chainlink labs are competitive within the marketplace in order for us to attract and retain top talent
Align compensation practices with current and local laws and regulations
Field benefits related questions for the new hires and employees on enrollments, status changes, etc
Requirements
5+ years as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role
Experience leading benefits and compensation design changes from concept to execution
Experience conducting global pay market analyses and building out global compensation plans
Excellent project management with experience juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Advanced use of systems, microsoft excel and constant technological curiosity to assist with automation
Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitudeYou`re eager to jump in and get things done, and will stay calm and collected in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
Experience working in workday
Desired/optional qualifications
Experience working in a high growth tech startup, and/or blockchain company

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with eastern standard time (est).
