Your impact
Manage recruitment for multiple searches across a variety of pillars
Develop and execute fully comprehensive searches that allow us to find the best candidates in the market
Develop a research & sourcing strategy that is innovative for talent mapping, market and competitive analysis
Collaborate with senior leaders in the organization to drive progress forward and define the requirements for critical hires in the company
Own the offer process from proposing, extending offers, negotiating, and closing candidates
Create a seamless & organized process that illustrates a great candidate & client experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in executive recruiting with a track record of hiring top talent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and articulate effectively across the organization
Solid market knowledge of the tech industry
Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and understanding of the ecosystem

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with eastern standard time (est).
