As our first hris manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our hris with a focus on ensuring data integrity and scalability.

Your impact
Lead hris implementation, ensuring strong cross-functional communication across stakeholders.
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Own the long-term strategic roadmap for hris to support needs across the full employee life cycle.
Help maintain the highest degree of data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Assists users within hr as needed to enable them to more effectively utilize all hr systems.
Collaborate with business leaders to determine reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
7+ years technical architecture experience with hr technology systems.
Functional knowledge in hr systems.
Demonstrated experience utilizing people analytics and data for workforce planning and organizational development.
Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Strong ability to prepare project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders and senior leaders.
Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitudeYou`re eager to jump in and get things done, and will stay calm and collected in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
