Full job description
Our company is expanding in 2021We have an opening for a regional sales manager – a rsm is responsible for delivering sales growth in multiple market segments for aidc (automatic identification and data collection equipment) and rfid equipment comprised of handheld barcode scanner, handheld readers and industrial handheld computer.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned territory to generate revenue and profit margin with the ability to develop new partnership with vars, sis, isvs and end users.
Connect with your personnel network and social media to development new leads and collect competitive data.
Maintain accurate forecasts and provide management with regular updates related to ongoing opportunities and projects through daily salesforce updates.
Manage and drive growth with existing and new customers to achieve assigned individual and team goals.
Create new sales demand and increase market awareness for cipherlab solutions by informing and educating customers on our business value proposition.
Provide feedback to management on customer/partner trends, competition, pricing etc.
Involve product teams to uncover new opportunities for existing and future solutions.
Work well in a team environment to support the success of all team members.
Manage travel & expense budget.
Experience/skill requirements
Experience in selling aidc equipment to corporate accounts, vars or sis.
Knowledge of barcode, rfid and aidc equipment is a must.
Must have a proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining relationships with channel partnersMust be able to manage account activity with multiple partnersSupport the channel partner’s sales team at the corporate account level.
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills – including basic knowledge of word, excel, outlook and salesforce.com.
Ability to multi-task
Organized, creative, self-motivated
