Business operations associate
What y ou will do:
You will join the chief of staff team supporting the general manager of the security business group (sbg)In this role you will be responsible for producing business insights, identifying areas of operational improvement and crafting materials to drive clarity and transparency on our performance.
Primary responsibilities: surface insights to inform critical business decisions & planning own the metrics of the business to produce insights and de-risk key decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysisAccelerate business by identifying and improving our operational inefficiency continuously analyze our operational strength and weaknesses to identify process, programs and structures that prevent our business from scalingPartner with key leaders to develop and implement solutionsDrive clarity into performanceLead the process for developing security’s quarterly and annual business reviews, including translating financial performance and kpis into a strategic narrative.
Who you are:
You have strong business and operational intuitionYou embrace ambiguity and are able to work across teams to lead multi-disciplinary initiativesYou’re driven by a deep curiosity to learn more and understand “why” something happened, not simply “what” happenedYou have a passion for technology and understanding of technology markets, trends and dynamics you understand markets, competition, and how internal factors come together to impact performanceStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through your analysis and strategic vision3+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or comparable role in high growth tech company.
