Are you an experienced marketing project manager? at cision, we are looking for a marketing project manager to help guide and execute marketing tacticsA successful pm will guide new and complex marketing programs that meet timelines, stay on budget and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Own successful planning and execution of marketing projects
Lead planning and resource organization
Execute day-to-day project meetings (agenda, schedules, meeting notes, recordings)
Collaborate with internal resources on project execution
Proactively manage project schedules
Manage risk and escalate upward when risk exceeds acceptable standards
Document projects, including stakeholder mapping, and communication and resource plans
Communicate proactively including weekly client updates
Strategic thinker who connects tactics to strategic execution
Experience:
Programmatic planning and organizational capabilities
Strong communication skills
Proactive problem solver and critical thinker
Motivation to deliver exceptional results with a team
Adaptable and flexible approach to work
Microsoft office 365 suite, including teams
3-5 years of experience as successful project manager
Preferred experience with wrike
