The online research associate is responsible for conducting individual assigned online jurisdiction criminal research within a database or on the internetAll research is handled without the assistance of an outside vendor.
Scope of position:
Search vetted websites for court records based on subject`s name/dob
Copy/paste all developed court records to pdf/behind lead; annotating these records as needed.
Sort criminal record documentation
Review criminal record documentation
Analyze results of the research and prepare an investigative report based on the details of the investigation
Understand individual online jurisdiction search requirements
Create reportable dockets within lead
Release your own clear batches
Test individual databases daily to determine accurate functionality of the system.

Education & qualification requirements: *
High school diploma or ged required
Proficiency in microsoft office and internet explorer required
Previous experience conducting background screening and/or pre-employment screening required

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
