Responsibilities will include:
Quickly & effectively researching information online
Processing background reports according to company guidelines
Maintaining in-depth working knowledge of departmental guidelines & processes
Maintaining a continuous improvement state of mind
Cross training and assisting in other areas as needed
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management
Education & qualification requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old in order to obtain state certified private investigator`s license
High school diploma or ged required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize
Proficiency in microsoft office preferred; computer proficiency required
Excellent team player
Expectations:

Strong verbal and written skills, which yields proficient, clear communication
Ability to make effective decisions while multi-tasking with shifting priorities

Ability to conduct advanced telephonic and online database searches and relay information to complete investigations
