Virginia allstate agency - large income opportunity for sales producer
Our ideal candidate has or inspires to write more than 30 to 40,000 in premium per month.
We are looking for confident and motivated sales professionals to join our sales team in williamsburg, vaPreferably (not mandatory), this candidate is located in the state of virginia and can make it to the office weekly to still feel the culture of the officeYou will help grow the insurance agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the communityYou’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, businesses, and families.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals
Prospect new or existing accounts
Strategize and develop plans to grow sales territory
Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales
Develop ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, etc.
Prospect for new clients and perform 200+ outbound dials per day
Qualifications:
Currently licensed in property and casualty or willingness to get licensed within 60 days
Prior inside sales experience- required
Must be highly self-motivatedBe prepared to outline your personal and professional goals
Self-directed
Strong verbal and written skills
Must be coachable and stay accountable
