Sourcing specialist
Listed in the inc5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing talent management platform in america, we are expanding our talent acquisition team with a mission to scale every department within our organization through best in class processesYou`ll be responsible for finding and initially engaging top talent, and maintaining a talent community for multiple roles and departments across the organizationThis is a truly unique opportunity to work in talent acquisition for a talent management platform.
Who you’ll work with
You`ll work the current small but impactful talent acquisition and hr teamYou`ll have the opportunity to source for a breadth of positions and partner cross-functionally with leaders in every department to gain a deep understanding of the profile of successful candidatesYou will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to the team(s) that develop our world class talent management/applicant tracking software.
What you’ll do
In your first 30 days you`ll:
Learn the in`s and out`s of clearcompany`s talent management platform, get familiar with the talent acquisition team and hiring teams, learn clearcompany`s interview and hiring processes and immerse yourself in learning and understanding the roles you`ll be identifying top talent for.
Within 90 days you`ll:
Understand profiles of successful candidates and be fully partnering with recruiters and submitting candidates.
At 6 months you`ll:
Source, create unique and appealing messaging and initially engage top talent.
Proactively develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies to fill current openings and build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manage and engage with talent communities through proactive outreach and communication to ensure clearcompany stays top of mind as an employer of choice for top talent.
Build solid relationships with all hiring managers and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Manage pipeline activity, candidate status, and passive candidate relationships.
Enter and maintain the integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary.
Give direct input into the development of the recruiting tools you use for a company focused on recruiting, hiring, and engaging top talent.
What we’d like you to have
At least 2+ years of experience sourcing/full desk recruiting for sales, operations and/or software engineers.
A comprehensive understanding of recruitment and hr concepts, policies and procedures.
Ability to seek people out using advanced sourcing strategies including but not limited to job board databases, networking, and cold calling.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
Team player mentality, eager and able to partner effectively with all members of the team, departmental and cross-functional.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferred
The base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annualized depending on experience and qualificationsThis role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions/bonuses paid out quarterlyThe commission/bonus payout is $8,000 annually when performing within the target rangeA detailed bonus plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.
