Human capital management consultant
Clearcourse consulting is a boutique consulting firm that is laser focused on optimizing payroll, human resources and workforce management processes and technologyOur firm is headquartered out of north carolina, with offices across the united statesOur growing company is seeking an accomplished human capital management consultant.
Job description:
Lead clients through human capital management people-process-technology assessments.
Participate in human capital management projects such as system implementations and process improvement projectsProject duties may include project management, testing, process design and documentation, training and communication.
Supplement clients internal staff to perform human capital management operational duties as needed.
Job requirements:
Required 5+ years of experience in human capital management.
Must have dayforce, adp, ukg and/or workday hcm system knowledge.
Bachelor`s degree in business, human resources, information technology or related field required.
Strong project management and leadership ability required.
Expertise with data conversion tools such as ms excel or access preferred.
Pmp, cpp and/or phr certifications preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
Superior customer service skills.
Outgoing personality.
Ability to work at a fast pace; must have a strong sense of urgency.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and be dependable.
Position details:
Reports to the president & ceo.
This position is paid a base salary plus potential bonusTarget bonus is calculated as a percentage of fees billed on an annual basis.
Duties will be performed either at home or at a client’s location
This is a full-time position.
