Cloud imperium games is looking for a temporary hr assistant to help out our team in the los angeles, ca studio! this role is expected to last for 3 months from date of hire.
The studio experience team, which includes hr, is instrumental in developing our grassroots cultureThis role will support multiple facets of hr`s processes and perform certain on-site duties.

What does an hr assistant at cig do?
Support hr team in preparing paperwork as part of hr processes including onboarding and open enrollment
Organize and maintain both digital and physical employee files and carry out file audits when required
Assist the talent acquisition partner on recruitment
Provide administrative support for all hr documents and processes
Assist on various special projects as needed including employee relations and performance plans
What do we expect from our hr assistant?
Basic to general knowledge in hr areas such as onboarding, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration/enrollment, leave administration, compliance, etc.
Highly organized with attention to detail
Related degree or experience
