What you`ll do if hired
Work with clients to identify appropriate solutions to their business and technology needs
Lead creation of business solutions across multiple projects leveraging your technical and business knowledge based on collected client requirements
Work with project teams across multiple projects
Work with ems to determine which configuration tasks will be handled by which resources
Work with ems to build and maintain appropriate project plans
Ensure all configuration work is tested and conforms to best practices
Prepare deployment packages for sandbox and production releases
Produce and update documentation related to project deliverables
Attend and engage in project management meetings across multiple projects
Record type of work and time accomplished for each project daily
Requirements
Required
5+ years salesforce configuration experience
3+ years in consulting
Obtained the following certifications
Salesforce administrator certification
One or more of the cloud consulting certifications (i.eSales cloud, service cloud, and community cloud)
Ability to generate bpr materials and lead discovery and requirement sessions
Ability to articulate configuration flow concepts and designs to business stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
Ability to translate business requirements into well architected solutions using salesforce best practices
Ability to work with multiple clients and project teams to maintain appropriate schedules and budgets for each
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of the lighting ui and related configuration
Strong background in unit, system, and user acceptance testing and issue tracking and resolution
Desired
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and project delivery
Experience with basic data migration concepts
Experience training a variety of salesforce functionality to clients across a broad range of roles and levels
Experience guiding and mentoring junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle
