Job summary
As the recruiting coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition team with recruiting and hiringThis person will be detailed oriented, ability to shift quickly to urgent matters, and hold a high standard of integrity.
Primary responsibilities
Assist the talent acquisition team with interview coordination and hiring events
Post positions on external and internal recruitment websites
Review and evaluate resumes
Source candidates on social media and hiring platforms
Administer employee testing and assessments
Conduct and organize pre-employment and reference checks
Assist with recruiting event logistics
Other duties as assigned
Job qualifications
1 + year of administrative and/or recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and extremely organized
Strong analytics skills, and experience using microsoft excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
Excellent discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive materials and confidential information.
Strong computer skills required: microsoft office and experience with an hris or ats preferred
Contributes to a positive atmosphere in which people work together, enthusiastically and effectively, in producing outstanding results
