Core responsibilities
Using proprietary system (p2), pull data, run monthly reports, update monthly kpi’s, and highlight any trends & kpi’s to construction and finance leads.
Seek opportunities to streamline construction process and improve forecast.
Seek additional insight as to why construction kpi’s are behaving the way they are.
Review construction cost activity.
Compare regions to highlight optimization opportunities to division leads.
Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assignedGathers analysis and creates reports.
Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
Maintains statistical/financial databases.
Performs additional business operations duties and tasks as required.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job specifications:
Intermediate-to-advanced microsoft excel skills.
Exposure to sql and/or tableau is preferred.
Ability to analyze large data sets, quantify the impact, plan meaningful actions and/or precise summary of data to tell a story.
Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively communicate to higher levels of the organizationAbility to present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) that help leadership and all stakeholders understand.
