Full job description
Commit haircare, a natural haircare company, is looking for an immediate integrated marketing managerMust be a self starter and will report directly to the ceoFun and creative work beauty industry environmentTelecommute position with flexible scheduleRole will be responsible for managing all marketing initiatives and teams responsible for said initiatives to reach quarterly kpis.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee influencer marketing manager & influencer marketing activities
Oversee public relations manager and pr activities & approve media messaging
Ensure all promotions are aligned campaign wise throughout each department
Oversee affiliate marketing program
Run regular email marketing campaigns
Manage and assess ad spend and ad campaigns
Assist in building out annual influencer strategy
Identify and outline new initiatives such as sponsorship opportunities, business and product award submissions, contests, giveaways, promotional partnerships and more.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 8+ years experience in brand marketing, digital strategy, communications, or related field
Expertise in marketing strategies, concepts and beauty/ ecommerce brands within the online advertising space
Experience with brand building, integrated marketing and content partnerships fluency in digital channel marketing and digital marketing strategies communication skills
Experience setting clear goals and interpreting complex data and research to make smarter marketing decisions * * experience and interest in people, beauty trends, influencers and the future of marketing
Experience leading, including setting direction and building plans, and identifying ways to be impactful as possible
Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects and team relationships
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
