The business systems analyst is responsible for understanding business strategy for one or more functional organizations by partnering with internal business partners in order to drive global efficiencies through automation, software development, business intelligence, process architecture, and change managementThe main job of this role is to hide the complexities that exist around technology and our it infrastructure in order to simplify, and continually improve, the process of delivering on our business stakeholder needs.

Position responsibilities
Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of solutions that meet business requirements
Develop, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications
Contribute to projects managed by the team, aiding in technical design, solution development, testing, and deployment
Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, use cases, wireframes, workflow diagrams, state diagrams, and other detailed deliverables
Document requirements in the form of use cases
Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
Participate in declarative system configuration
Acclimate quickly on current system configuration in order to troubleshoot and improve system usability and performance
Work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines in a dynamic environment where consistently producing deliverables within agreed upon timelines is expected
Troubleshoot and resolve internal cases logged by end users related to the systems we support
Position requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years as a business analyst or system administrator role with responsibility for creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications, and driving process improvement and solution development
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in teams in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels
Experience with agile software development or similar methodology
Professional services/consulting experience
Prior experience working in software industry
Prior experience in customer support; crm (microsoft dynamics preferred)
