You will:
Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings, including creating job descriptions, recruiting plans, evaluating and screening candidates and presenting endorsed candidates to hiring managers
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in an appropriate secure location
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on business, communication, computer science, or human resources preferred.
Exposure to identification of technical skills preferred.
Resourceful and forward thinking in the use of digital channels for recruitment.
Experience within a digital agency/ consultancy environment or digital environment would be beneficial.
Organized, pro-active, tenacious and resourceful.
