Sign on bonus!!! connexus credit union is excited to offer a sign on bonus to qualified candidates who are offered and accept our position as well as successfully complete the pre-employment requirements.
This position is eligible to be remoteCandidate needs to have capability to work from a location which meets the connexus credit union remote policy which includes private workspace and reliable internet, etc.
Responsibilities:
1Monitor and review reports to determine action to be taken on delinquent accounts in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures; research payroll deductions, stops, starts and changes as they may affect the status of a loan repayment
2Contact delinquent members by telephone, mail, and electronic communications to determine the reasons for delinquency and assist them in developing plans to bring accounts to a current statusEnsure professional communications/interactions with members
3Follow up on all promises to pay and accounts that have been referred for collection and ensure property status updates
4Assist members is fixing automatic payment issues
5Maintain an accurate and detailed written record of any and all communications made regarding member accounts, to include but not limited to; delinquency, repossession, bankruptcy, charge-off, etc.
6Update files and system accounts via the credit union’s collection program
7Process, record and send notices on negative share draft accounts
8Comply with all federal regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including bsa
9Performs other duties as assigned
Position requirements:
1High school diploma is required
2At least 1 year of prior work experience in addressing difficult customer service situations and providing resolutions in a professional and tactful manner is required
3Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to remain assertive and confident when dealing with difficult situations
4Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
5Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate among several system applications and software programs
6Evidence of ability to be organized, analytical, and resilient
7Willing and able to work evening hours as needed
