The opportunity
The salesforce administrator will be responsible for implementing and managing the administration of company-wide solutions to improve patient interactions and process efficiencyThe role will be involved in salesforce administration, customizations, configurations, and integrations to support the organizationThe role will also work directly with stakeholders to deliver salesforce solutions and to identify architectural and process improvements.
What you`ll do
Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, design, manage timelines, deliver and deploy all requests in our salesforce lightning instance including sales cloud, health cloud, and marketing cloud applications.
Collaborate with consejosano’s salesforce implementation partner, understanding workflow and processes, ensuring our health cloud and marketing cloud implementation remains on track.
Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts with internal stakeholders for application design, support, and development efforts.
Develop and maintain customizations such as custom fields, objects, page layouts, workflows, process builder, dashboards, and validation rules for scalability.
Manage salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Triage and troubleshoot production issues and help with assignment and escalations.
Design and implement processes for managing and prioritizing user requests.
Automate regular data uploads, data manipulation, and data cleaning using data loader.
Drive performance tuning to ensure optimal performance of salesforce systems and products.
Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards.
Manage changes in a sandbox environment and establish protocols for deployment to the production environment.
Document customizations, business processes, data workflows, error reports, and changes to field history tables and train new users on the platform.
Own deployment of third-party integrations (e.g., zoom, linkedin sales navigator, etc.) as needed.
The skills you need to be successful
Certified salesforce administrator and lightning experience are required.
3-5 years of salesforce admin experience with a strong understanding of the salesforce.com platform, functionality, and best practicesBonus points for experience with health cloud and marketing cloud.
Healthcare industry experience is requiredExperience working in a fast-paced startup and/or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
Experience in implementing a new project in salesforce.
Proven ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other features of intermediate complexity.
Strong project management skills; can handle being in the weeds while also understanding the big picture, always ensuring that forward progress is being made while maintaining high quality standards.
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and strong ability to execute independently.
Experience with business intelligence (bi) tools is nice to have but not required
