Responsibilities
As a director / design & development, you will:
Provide technical and administrative leadership to and is accountable for the user experience and technical execution of cfpb`s suite of digital creative services, applications and products.
Ensure the organization`s strategic plan, mission, vision and values are conveyed through strict, user-centered design, management and oversight of cfpb digital services and products.
Ensure team processes work consistently with the cfpb it governance structure and meet all federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
Provide technical and administrative supervision to a team of design, ux, and software developer team leads.
