Contract attorney
A rapidly growing florida consumer litigation firm is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail orientated attorney with at least 3+ years of bankruptcy experienceWe are currently expanding into numerous states including georgiaApplicants must hold a current license to practice law in georgia and/or other states and be interested in per diem document review work.
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of bankruptcy attorney experience
· foreclosure defense experience is a plus
· excellent communication skills
· fluency in spanish a plus but not required
· strong verbal and written communication skills
Job functions:
· file legal pleadings and documents
· preparation regarding discovery, interrogatory and depositions
· communicating with clients
