We currently have an immediate need for full time, permanent it business analyst, who’ll perform smooth project delivery of it solutions that improve the efficiency and mitigate risk of the business teamsBelow are more details about this awesome opportunity.
Responsibilities
Identify needs and value for the business stakeholders
Gather/evaluate business requirements and desired outcomes
Analyze/outline gaps between current state and future state of processes and systems
Recommend solutions that’ll work for both business users and the it solutions
Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption through iterative processes with the appropriate teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3 + years of hands-on practical experience working as a business analyst/senior business analyst within a business unit or it, with a preference given to candidates with hands-on ba experience at a financial services firm
Proven critical thinking and analysis skills in a business analysis or technical analyst role.
Ability to adapt to fluid situations, quick self-learner, and the ability to manage through complexity
Ability to collaborate with others in cross functional team settings and broader organization
Effective communication both written and oral to support stakeholder management
Optimizes work processes through growth in understanding of business processes, requirements, and the technology ecosystem
Awareness of multiple project management methodologies (i.e., agile, waterfall) including requirements, testing, design and implementation strategies
Experience with informal leadership of cross functional teams that lead to action and results
