Convergeone is growing its automation team and looking to add a bright, agile minded talent to ensure we continue to innovateIt is in this spirit that we are currently looking to add a skilled intelligent automation business analyst to our team virtuallyThis role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the convergeone organization.
As an intelligent automation business analyst, you will play a key role in convergeone’s growth and long-term success by building lasting processes and automations, tracking value across convergeoneYou will support internal teams in redesigning and automating business processes using tools, such as workflow redesign, robotic process automation, vba, and other technologies that best suit the process.

Responsibilities:
Essential functions
Builds documentation by engaging with stakeholders and smes to understand proposed business processes
Captures intricacies of ‘in the life of a business user’, seeks appropriate automation technology, (ieRpa) through advice of the technical team, guides development of the automation, and assists in testing the automation solution
Tracks several process improvement and automation initiatives across their lifecycles, from discovery to implementation
Creates training guides for business users to adjust to working alongside automations
Works collaboratively with appropriate business units to ensure successful deployment of rpa
Additional specific duties and responsibilities
Experience in full life cycle business analysis including working with stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment
Ability to analyze complex business system requirements in a wide range of functional areas
Supports and trains business units on new intelligent automation workflows
Adheres to sdlc processes for development
Agile and flexible mindset, finding new solutions and driving team members to do the same
System thinking and experiment-orientated to drive innovation
Ability to work and deliver solutions in a team environment
Able to function as a team lead on projects and successfully delivering transformational projects
Guides the team through technical problems as it relates to automations
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to produce easily understood documentation
Strong problem solving skills, ability to identify options and provide compelling rationale for recommendations
Demonstrates ability to engage and manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously
Captures process documentation and works redesign as needed for automation
Establishes and maintains detailed business requirements associated with new and existing workflows
Able to conceptualize automation around a process
Assists in design, build, and testing of automation solutions
Able to rapidly learn and become proficient in selected automation software, technology, and tools
Qualifications:
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of one (1) year experience working in the automation space and/or direct experience with robotic process automation
Desired/preferred qualifications
Agile methodology
Robotic process automation (automation anywhere)
Vba & other automations
Business analysis certifications
