We are a seeking a business system analyst who is familiar with the air forces’ integrated pay and personnel system to support the overall design of a new solution.
Responsibilities:
Support a functional and technical requirement review and validation process to identify and document business processes that could be integrated
Support the functional management office (fmo) during program functional testing
Maintain and document user roles, functional end-to-end (e2e) personnel and pay process maps, technical requirements mapped to process, requirements to design and test scrips
Support the development of interface control documents
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related technical field
Required knowledge/experience:
Proven success in collaboration with other organizational components as needed to accomplish shared objectives
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with air force personnel and pay systems
Experience in interface documentation for pay systems
Experience in documenting requirements traceability
Experience leveraging pay system experience to analyze business design and requirements
Other responsibilities:
Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
Perform other duties as assigned
