Our company is growing! we have an immediate need for a contract/temp recruiter to join our fast-paced talent acquisition teamIn this role you will own and lead the full life cycle talent acquisition process for your assigned departments including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer preparationThis role is expected to last between 4-6 months.
Primary responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies by utilizing internet, job boards, social media, and professional organization.
Consult, build and maintain successful relationships with hiring managers in relation to talent acquisition strategies, candidate selection and offer recommendations
Cold call candidates and industry resources/contacts to seek out leads; and proactively identify target companies and partnerships to develop potential sourcing pools
Continuously develop a proactive pipeline of potential candidates ensuring that diversity strategies are incorporated into the sourcing process
Qualifications:
5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experiencePrior experience recruiting in the life sciences industry strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and closing passive candidates
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Understanding of employment laws and general hr practices and competencies
Experience working with various ats systems
Strong communication and writing skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a teamMust be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management or business-related field
This role is remote based and expected to last 4-6 months
