We are seeking full-time recruiters to join covid clinic, the largest covid testing company in the nation! this position will be sourcing, interviewing and hiring healthcare professionals who will prepare, process covid-19 tests and assist with daily operations at our network of covid clinics.
We are dedicated to providing our patients with tests for covid-19 and emerging new strains of the virusWe provide not only innovative testing but stellar customer service and professionalism.
What are the job duties?
Interview potential staff members using industry-standard techniques
Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
Screen potential candidates and conduct virtual interviews
Post and manage open positions on social media and job boards
What are the requirements of this job:
2 years recruiting experience
1-year human resources experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in different areas of recruiting
Effective negotiating skills
Familiarity with job boards and social media
Being bilingual is a plus!
