About the role:
We are looking for a part-time inventory fulfillment & merchandising specialist who is responsible for all aspects of the customer and vendor order management processes and the day-to-day aspects of merchandising operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing customer order process including; guest purchase orders, vendor communication, order tracking, return goods authorization, processing of backorders,
Problem resolution and both vendor and customer communication
Prioritize orders to ensure they are processed timely
Responsible for online merchandising including product page set up and site merchandising - maintaining positive vendor relations
Research and monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to anticipate demand and changes in
Buying patterns
Review competitors; including assortment, pricing, promotion, and marketing
Monitor sales and identifying white space opportunities
Ensure that all external and internal emails have been addressed timely

Requirements include:
Bachelor`s degree in fashion merchandising, retail management, or business-related field preferred
2+ years of retail merchandising or planning experience.
Applicants must have strong attention to detail and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong computer skills including google sheets, excel.
AdaptableWillingness to cross-train on other inventory and operational functions as needed.
Hours: the position will start part-time at 15 hrs per week with the opportunity to grow to a full-time role in the future.
