Minimal workstation requirements:
Due to covid-19, we are currently working from home to protect everyone’s safetyTherefore, we are only considering those candidates who are currently equipped to work from home via their own pre-established, fully functioning home office setupAdditionally, minimal requirements for desktop/laptop os systems, internet speeds, etcAre required and must be confirmed prior to employment.
Objective:
Maintain the quality and integrity of the information published in creditriskmonitor.com, inc.’s commercial credit reports
Responsibilities include:
Utilize various windows tools to check the quality of work processed by our overseas contractors
Validate financial news articles reviewed by our overseas contractors
Validate hierarchical relationships between customer accounts matched to businesses in the database
Validate address information, business descriptions, and industry classification data collected on businesses
Update business details on companies with incomplete information
Respond to critical inquiries from our overseas contractors
Report errors to be corrected by our overseas contractors
Communicate any error trends to the team leader and/or vp of offshore relations
Requirements include:
An associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
Professional office experience required; detail-oriented
Strong computer skills, must be proficient with microsoft office
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated with excellent time and task management skills
