The project manager is responsible for creating the project plan and managing the project team to this plan according to the creoal oum implementation methodologyThe project manager is the primary point of contact for the customerAs such, the project manager is responsible for keeping the customer informed about technical progress, progress against budget, and any issues or concernsThe project manager will also work with the team to develop the technical solution, participate in solution design decisions, and manage and coordinate team activities critical to the overall solution development and execution of the project.
