As network development grows and the importance of the provider in cricket’s journey becomes more pronounced, it will become imperative for the network development team to provide a technical and consultative sales approach to our physician partnersThis person will be tasked with assisting in educating directors of network development on:
Practice revenue generation and patterns
Financial impacts of value based care arrangements
Payor partnerships and their impact on providers
The senior director of nephrologist contracting will be both an internal liaison for data gathering and aggregation for the provider, but will also collaborate with the finance team on network modeling, denovo development and provider consultation.
Specifically, the senior director of network development will:
Serve as a client of the data team and act as the network development team’s primary interface with data;
Work with the healthcare economics and finance teams to refine the provider value proposition; and
Engage with practices and providers as the consultative sales arm of the network development team
This public facing role is the key differentiator between it and internal finance and data resourcesThat is, not only will the person filling this role help perform the internal analytics to support the company`s provider-facing business, she or he will also engage directly with providers to help sell them on the idea of working with cricket.
This senior director role will be strategically placed within the organization to impact internal and external stakeholdersAccountability will be measured by the number of partnerships established and the financial impact they have on cricketRenal experience is a desired component of any candidate’s background.
