Senior recruiter will develop and improve the global talent acquisition process while filling open positions through north america and australiaWork closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies including diverse candidates, pre-screen candidates, and deliver high caliber candidate experience.
As the senior recruiter you will:
Own and develop criteria corp’s talent acquisition processes, pulling in the appropriate constituents as needed.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and other team members to create successful partnerships
Leverage recruiting resources to source and recruit the best candidates
Create and foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations to attract and recruit diverse talent
Organize, lead, and document post interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
Drive solutions that attract, screen, and select talent and create strategies to reach diverse populations.
Develop an understanding of criteria corp’s business, culture, and value proposition.
Implement communication rigor throughout the recruiting process; sharing information with candidates and hiring managers.
Work with global hiring managers to understand job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements
You`ll be a great addition to the team if you have:
Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience
Experience sourcing and recruiting within a high-growth tech or saas business
Experience building best-in-class recruiting processes
Experience negotiating with candidates, meeting both candidate and business needs
Able to use time effectively and work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate advocate for candidate experience
Hands-on experience with sourcing candidates (boolean search strings, social platform recruiting)
Creative, ethical, self-motivated, goal oriented and a strong work ethic.
Successfully filling positions throughout the organization; develop streamlined talent acquisition processes; and train and mentor hiring managers
