The kind of work you’ll be doing:
Remote, full-time salaried position to manage and book travel arrangements for new and existing ministry clients (including air, hotel, car, rail, and cruise); maintain client relationships; expand client base of ministries served by researching and soliciting new business; cross-train and oversee contracted external call center staff as needed.
Qualifications include knowledge of travel and hospitality industry, service standards and best practices; group and international travel service with focus on missions; experience with gds reservation systems; understanding of sales and negotiation principles and methods; high level of customer service with ministry mindset.
Arc specialist certification preferred.
Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of travel industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
