Document management analyst - (remote or morristown, nj)
What you will do:
Play an important role in analyzing and supporting our core ecm application and related components
Analyze requirements from existing documentation, proactively collaborating with bas, qas, and business stakeholders
Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate possible solutions, and prioritize them accordingly
Work with architects to design and implement appropriate technical solutions for new development
Analyze, identify and resolve production issues
Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Coordinate activities with other agile teams
Opportunity to learn and work with other platforms and technologies including api management platform, aws tools, dynatrace, etc.
What you will bring to c&f:
An ideal candidate:
Has experience in the insurance domain
Has experience working with and/or supporting imageright content management and workflow platform (or another ecm platform)
Is self motivated and able to prioritize various daily tasks
Is accustomed to working as part of an agile team
Has an entrepreneurial spirit!
Is passionate about technologyAt work and at home!
Has experience working with microsoft technologies and windows server environment
Interest in solving complex and challenging problems
While not required, experience in application development languages, tools, and concepts noted below would be beneficial:
