Automation anywhere, a2019 control room administrator • design, develop, implement and support rpa systems • strong technical expertise on automation anywhere • clear articulation skills and table the automation points to business stakeholders • guide the it and business stakeholders in decision making related to automation touchpoints • excellent verbal communication skills are essential • must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills • proficiency in customer relationship management is essential • ability to understand dutch language is preferable • retail knowledge is added advantage
