Cumulus media | broadcast software international (bsi) in eugene, or is in search of a full time broadcast support technician to support industry specific software for the radio broadcast industryThis role offers flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities:
Provide phone support to customers and to assist them with configuration, hardware and software issues
After hours emergency support call rotation
Answer phones and emailEnter and maintain trouble tickets
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
Build, configure and maintain computer hardware of various levels
Product testing of new and existing software versions and hardware configurations
Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience
Radio, radio engineering or pro audio preferred
Previous call center experience in software and hardware support
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
Proficient in all windows operating systems, raid configuration, it and network troubleshooting a plus
Ability to quickly learn industry specific software/hardware and support such software/hardware
Must possess patience and friendly customer service skills over the phone and in writing
Able to work 40 hours/week and flexible to switch shifts, as needed
Highly motivated and have strong customer focus with the ability to interface with all levels of staff
Bilingual is a plus
