Onsite and remote projects range from:
Solving interesting hr problems
Creating start-up hr departments
Providing full-cycle hr services
Conducting hr due diligence
Creating and implementing workplace health & safety programs
Conducting workplace investigations
Facilitating training programs
Drafting and maintaining hr documentation
Coaching and advising client managers
Being an all-around hr superhero to our clients!

The ideal candidate will have the following:
10 years of progressive hrm/generalist experience
Hrci or shrm professional designation
Undergraduate degree in related discipline
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Responsive with outstanding communication skills
Creative problem-solver and hr critical thinker
Expert level knowledge of state and federal employment regulations and trends
Dedicated to consistently providing high-touch customer care
Enjoys a flexible, energetic, and exciting work environment
