A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified national membership sales rep that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brandThis is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!
Position: the national membership sales rep will sell memberships remotely across all ufhco studios across the country.
Requirements:
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
Confident in generating personal sales remotely
Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and packages
Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
An affinity and passion for fitness
Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers and studio software
This is a full-time positionCandidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
Duties:
Membership sales
Enforce studio policies and procedures
Provide exceptional level of customer service to existing members via, phone and email
Become proficient at clubready software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and sales opportunities
Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
Drive and retain membership sales
Any other duties as assigned
Compensation & perks:
This position offers salary rate plus incentives(commisions, bonus)
