Job description
Location: hartford, ct or remote
About the role: due to the nature of the role, us citizenship or permanent resident status is required
Write, improve, maintain, and execute automated tests using cucumber, selenium/java
Write and execute api tests using postman
Design and develop automation frameworks using java, cucumber
Analyze requirements and help with defining the acceptance criteria for the features that are being developed
Decompose user stories/requirements to identify what tests need to be created and automated
Investigate issues and provide analysis
Work closely with the product/project team to understand their expectations of how a feature would function
You`ll have:
Bachelor`s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.
2+ years of overall qa automated testing experience
Experience with cucumber (preferred) or selenium
Good to have experience with python and java
Experience in agile, jira, api testing
Ability to function collaboratively within teams of developers, scrum masters, product owners, etc
Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, with a high standard of quality
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities
