3+ years’ recruiting
Proven high-volume support
Support of a network environment (teams in multiple states)
Preference will be given to those with:
5+ years’ recruiting
Experience in staffing: infrastructure, construction, utilities, engineering, mining, energy, oil and gas or other outdoor trade fields
Kronos ats familiarity
Strong boolean search experience
Prior telecommuting relationships with leadership (management located in other states – minimal in-person interaction)
Bachelor’s degree in related field
