Business analyst lead location: remote job id: 1 21 5
Responsible for facilitating panorama dossier and data requirements intake, prioritization, packaging for a release or strategic initiative, working with the tech to team to clarify requirements, tracking through implementation, and backlog.

Work with customers to help develop system requirements and validating requirements.
Ensure project activities are results oriented, performance driven and conform to best practices and processEmploy analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve the overall business experience using the tools developed.
Develop relationships and knowledge with agency customers.
Testing and validating functionality and data of analytics team products including dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
Involved throughout the development and release lifecycle of new and existing analytical tools and capabilities including: creating designs and design documents, data discovery and exploration, data visualization, testing, and release management.
Requirements planning/jad session facilitation experience
Leadership and conflict resolution skills
Experience leading requirements workshops with the business sponsor/end users to understand and document requirements
Collaborate/support project manager/solutions architect in the management of project tasks and activities

Customer system requirements formation
System implementation
Customer management communications and collaboration
Collaborative team player and ability to adapt to rapid and changing environments and deliverables.
Worked within an analytics/bi environment and comfortable with bi tools, such as microstrategy, tableau, powerbi, etc.

Ability to build strong relationships and be a self-starter
Ability to learn technical information
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers
Outstanding documentation capabilities
Education, experience, & certifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related technical field
5+ years of experience interfacing customer and systems implementations
Microstrategy analyst certification is a plus
