Responsibilities

Leading varying levels of complexity sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using diverse methods and tools.
Delivering integrated business systems support to users by applying an expert understanding of the business issues and the impact of technology.
Analyzing data to solve complex business issues.
Governing data to ensure data quality, support digital transformation initiatives such as machine learning and ai, and ensure business continuity and compliance.
Supporting agile team transformations and encouraging teams to adopt agile values.
Leading root cause analysis, change control, scope management efforts, and test planning using proven testing techniques.
Qualifications
Interest in joining our team? here are a few things that we look for:
Interest in the following areas: systems integration, business process management, financial analysis, marketing, supply chain, retail, or telecommunications.
Knowledge of process re-engineering, system integration, requirement gathering, use case analysis, and user acceptance testing.
Experience with software delivery methodologies and agile concepts.
Experience or interest working in an agile environment.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and governance tools and methodologies, including familiarity with sql and query tools, and/or familiarity with reporting tools such as businessobjects, tableau or others.
Specific industry expertise, such as healthcare, finance/insurance, manufacturing/supply chain, or others.
